Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a highly motivated, compassionate and energetic candidate for a fulltime position for a Wound Care Nurse in Madisonville, TN.
The Wound Nurse works directly with the Director of Nursing to assist with management of the Department of Nursing, evaluating staff, maintaining and updating audits, compliance and legal documentation of patient and staff data. By supervising nursing staff and confirming compliance within the department, the Wound Nurse will ensure top delivery of care and services according to each resident's comprehensive assessment and care plan. The Wound Care Nurse will focus on the care of resident wounds and managing infection control precautions within the facility.
This position is full time working M-F.
